We got a new GPON module and plugged in into CRS125-24G-1S then into 3011UiAS.
But not recognize.

This is a user forum. I suggest to make a supout.rif file and email it to mikrotik support support@mikrotik.com and see what they say
“eeprom-checksum: bad” doesn’t look very good. Suggest you return it as faulty.
