GPRS modem ZTE MF110

I am newbie on GPRS modems, soi I would need some help to get this working.
I am using a ZTE modem MF110 which is UMTS HSUPA compatible. When I plug it into the 433UAH a new line apperas in System → Resourses → USB. 2:3 ZTE,Incorporated ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM… 480Mbps
However, the ppp serial interface never shows up as it should do in any version after RouterOS 3.27.

If I try to set a ppp client, there is no other interface available than serial0 (which is the RS232 interface embedded in the same router).

Is there something I am missing to put this to work? May be lack of drivers?
Thank you very much.

Have you got the support for this card?

Sergejs. I dont understand when you say “have you got support for this card”
Could you explain me a bit more? I am very interested on make this work
Thank You

To get support for the card, you have to write e-mail to support, where you should send support output file, where 4.3 version is installed and card is plugged in. I have searched support e-mails, but I’m not able to found your e-mail.
Support e-mail is support@mikrotik.com

I’m having the exact same issue, i can see the usb device in system-resources-usb

 # DEVICE VENDOR NAME SPEED

but only after a reboot i can select the usb port in the new ppp client interface
also it won’t connect, in logs i see this

ppp-out1 waiting for packets
ppp-out1 dialing..

Any update on this? I have installed the latest version 6.11 and i still have the same problem, i can’t use the zte mf110 modem because it get stucked with ‘connecting’ or ‘waiting for packets’, i don’t have any user/pass/addr only ‘internet’ to apn and phone *99#.. data channel is 1 and info channel 2 don’t know if it’s correct
