Graphing 100% cpu usage

Good day,

I have a interesting issue with a CRS326-24S+2Q+ that is sitting pegged at 100% usage.

Running the profiler shows that its graphing taking up all the CPU.

Thing is, there is no graphing setup on this device.

Rebooting it solves the issue, but after a few weeks the problem returns.

Also disabling snmp does not solve the problem.

All ports is in the same bridge and is being HW offloaded.

Any suggestions ?

Where I can buy one Palantír to see your config?

Hi There,

i have the same Problem.
What can fix this? Disable Graphing?
Is there a way to get out of 95% CPU Usage for graphing without reboot the CRS?
All Ports are Hardware-Offloaded. only 3 Ports are connected. /tool profile shows 96% CPU for graphing…but the Switch works. Only the graphings are not show.

Hi,

no other way to stop graphing in working CRS?
Is there a way to close the process of graphing without booting the CRS?

Hi there,
we had same problem on CCR1036. we do everyday reboot at 04:00 AM.
After exchange for CCR2116 problem has gone.
Now we had same problem again on other CCR2116.
Anybody find solution without reboot?

Well the answer for me was to just disable graphing on the device. Problem solved.

newer Routerboards have limited storage space, so if you have enabled Graphing for a great ammount of objects you will end up with problems

We must abandon the habit of enabling graphing for all interfaces if we have many interfaces for example in a pppoe bras router with many users

Same situation with graphing queues

Hi,

on my CRS there is no space-Limit.
What can be the source of the Problem?
I need graphing…but no 100% CPU Usage of this after a time…
and rebott every night is no option.

The built in mikrotik graphing is terrible.

If you 100% need it it would be best to setup a server with something like librenms and pull the stats using snmp

I face the same issue,
my switch used 100% CPU, see the profile said almost 80% used by graphing, but no graph configured on the switch.

I wonder if any of mikrotik CRS users solve this problem ?
