The Mikrotik wiki - http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Grounding - explains two methods of grounding. The 1st is “using a Shielded cable +Board is grounded” and the 2nd “using only shielded cable only” with the 1st method the preferred one. My question is how do I ground the board of Groove as I cannot find any online information on that. Even stripping an old Groove has not yielded any additional information.
Using a metal antenna mounted on a metal pipe/mount, then ground the pipe/mount. Grounding will be through the N connector. Or ground the antenna.
