Groove lan port issues?

We have a groove which is connected to a cisco 3524xl switch. It was installed, connected, everything ok.
After some hours, big latency through it. Lan port switched to 10Mbit/s.
Ok, we forced the cisco port to 100. It worked for some minutes, then errors and ping timeout. After a while it reconnected again. Then down again.
Changed cisco ports. Same thing
Changed cables and connectors. Still switching to 10Mbit.

RouterOS version 5.11. No problems whatsoever on other grooves installed, even in the same switch.
Any ideas?

i did put a cheap 5p switch between them and now they act together well :stuck_out_tongue:

I have had issues with MT equipment connecting to Cisco equip randomly from the beginning, even with ROS on an x86 with different branded NICs. It isn’t consistently an issue and it doesn’t occur with any other combination that I’ve found. Even a fiber converter with Cisco equipment on the other side had issues with ROS.

Dell smart switches work fine, putting a dummy switch in between sorts out the issues.
