Can I fix this on my groove
its brand new just I unpack 2 of them first is fine about 45C
second

after 15-20min it turn off or stop working whatever need a time to cool…
Problem it’s pointless to return it I will pay more $ for shipping it back and duty(customs)
best is to order new
I was thinking its something with temp sensor that give me false C, but its hot real hot
if someone can give me instruction how to fix it that would be grate
Tnx..
did you attach an antenna before powering it on ??
ahm no why?
I set up them at home without antenna
something like that

without first step ![]()
cmon I mean how do u test them first I must to setup them before i place them on the tower to see if they work
so now the problem must be in radio chip cos the signals are fine?
radio card burns down if you power it with no antenna, this happens for most wireless cards out there. there is a reason why this is step #1
even if the interface is disabled?
no, if it’s disabled, it’s safe. just make sure there is no script that enables it (like mikrotik default script after system reset)
Tnx for support
Normis what I can understand is that radio is damaged
Yes its hot with or without antenna but strange my signal levels were fine hm.
Yesterday i change it with new one any way test results are fascinating
Test are made between 2x power router ruter-lan-groove- – - -groove-lan-ruter (hope u get the picture)
And its TCP test

Back to the broken one
Heat is coming from hire

dude its like 200C hot
