Groove timeout error

After a electric storm I have some grooves that still work and are accessible from the wireless interface. But from the ethernet side no more access.
Discovery tool still sees the unit coming up but cannot access the unit by mac nor its IP.
Even after reset (button press) the unit still works fine except no more Ethernet access.

Any ideas how to solve this?

try remove the winbox tool / reinstall it … or clear it’s cash

how can removing the tool on a PC (or clearing its cache) help in repairing failing hardware?

my friend ..just delet it from the desktop..and re-install it

I am not your friend and you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.
I have a hardware issue on some Groove’s and that is not something you can fix by erasing some software on some PC…
If you don’t understand I’d suggest you’d refrain from some further comments on this forum…

Have you tried directly connecting your computer to ether1? I’m guessing you have. It sounds like ether1 might be doa. Which one are you using? I haven’t run into this YET.

When you contact support let us know the results.

i’m sorry…I apologize .. I was trying to show my opinion

Try replace Atheros AR7241-AH1A SOC.
