Obviously we are carrying out tests of all groove as always with radio antenna connected and disabled, after it is inserted ssid and wpa key (the default configuration comes with base wlan1 disabled). Please email the seller to get replacement units. We would like to get these devices back, to see what caused the issue. You can copy mikrotik support in your email to the distributor (add CC) and make sure to include affected unit serial numbers.

Can we use Groove with any other Antenna (Omni or Patch) of any other manufacturer. What is the Db of antennaa to use for 5 kilometer range???
