How to create new user who can’t access ip>firewall in winbox not web. please suggest me.

There are at least three things I can think of but not sure what you are asking!!
- There are winbox settings where you allow only certain **IP addresses to access winbox.
- In the firewall filter rules on the input chain, one can only allow **certain IP addresses access to the router itself (input) which includes access to winbox functionality.
- Without the winbox password, no user should be able to access winbox as well.
** where possible assign static IPs - Change winbox port from standard to something different.
Thus you have three defenses and one security change… (there are probably a few others)
Don’t think you can limit this with Winbox, only with webfig skin
