So they still have an active DHCP lease (the lease period hasn’t expired), but they are no longer seen by the Hotspot. I don’t understand what your question is.

Look at that screenshot. That is showing IPv6 traffic. IPv6 traffic is invisible to Hotspots, they only process IPv4. If you want to avoid that turn off IPv6 on the router, or at least on that interface.

If you don’t have IPv6 enabled then that traffic isn’t going anywhere. No one is “hacking your network” from their phones.
