Hello sir..please pardon me first… because i am not a Mikrotik user..not even done any networking job before.. but one of my big brother facing a problem.. so he asked me to search something.. Please let me describe his problem..
He is a small ISP provider in bangladesh… He buy his bandwidth from our govt… I think 2MBPS.. And he share it between his user in 16KBPS per user… Now He wants a Use his pc as a server… Where he wants to keep some Movie. Games. Music or etc.. He wants that when his user enter in his local server He or She can download it in 1MBPS but when they enter in Internet they will get his normal speed 16kbps…
I mean he wants to make two different pipeline… One bigger for local and another smaller for internet… He use Mikrotik…
So please tell..how can he do that… I will really appreciate any kind of suggestion… And again I am asking apology to all of you for my bad English
