One of my customers had a too weak password so some dickhead hacked it and made my user unable to change things. Write is not as good as full. What is the quickest way to restore it to former state? I don’t want to redo the config but no big deal if it disappears. It’s a 750 so no serial.
Netboot?
Of course the problem started not with a weak password but more likely a bad firewall.
Don’t let people connect to your router from outside. This is set in the default firewall, but
in such a way that it is wrong when you add a PPPoE interface without following the correct procedure.
For now, re-install the thing with a clear configuration.
