Handlink Ticket Printer EOL and only supports old FW- ALTERNATIVES?

Hello All,
we have deployed the Handlink Ticket Printer with ROS and Userman in a number of locations, however it is now EOL, and only supports older firmware versions.
Does anyone know of an alternative that works in the same way? If you are unfamiliar on the handlink you click one of the buttons, and it uses the API to create a user in userman with the profile tied to the button. IE button 1 = 1day ---- button 2 5 Days etc.
We dont want to create a “homebrew” solution, we would prefer a commercial of the shelf solution, preferably with support etc.

Many thanks to anyone providing a solution.

We’ve been working on one, but it’s still quite a long way off finished. We’d planned to integrate it with Duxtel’s Internet Commander, but I’d like to make it flexible enough to work with other systems (eg Userman). At the moment, we’ve only had limited interest so it’s something we’re only spending a few hours a week on, but if there’s enough interest we may be able to justify more resources on the project.
The device we’re using has an LCD, numeric keypad, arrow keys and a few function keys, Ethernet/WiFi and a thermal printer.

Hi Turnip, did you find anything that works?

Would love to have a printer you can press a button on that works with Mikrotik or Usermanager…
