My new Mikrotik Chateau ax Pro hangs after 7-10 days of usage (reproduced 3 times already). This can be fixed only by a reset (the Reset button does nothing, so I have to disconnect it from the wall socket). When it goes into the hanging state its WiFi LED indicator is off, the rest are blinking as usual. The WiFi network disappears and I cannot connect to it from a wired connection either. Using v7.16.1 firmware. Do you have a clue what a possible cause is and how it can be fixed? Thanks in advance.

Maybe is this case —> http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/v7-16-2-stable-is-released/178911/1 Happened to me several times on Chateau LTE12 with ROS v7.16, but in my case wired connection works and I saw this error.
Regarding Reset button, event can be configured in RouterBOARD settings, eg. to run /system reboot after holding it for some time, see https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/spaces/ROS/pages/40992878/RouterBOARD#RouterBOARD-ModeandResetbuttons
