hAP AC^2 reboots unexpectedly

Hi, I’m dealing with a problem that I can’t seem to figure it out.
This problem started in v7.5 or 7.6… can’t remember exactly, since then it’s been ongoing.

It happens specifically with 2 hAP AC^2 that are deployed to a customer with an specific configuration, last week I’ve changed both routers for another brand new ones, updated to 7.10.1 from the factory v6, apply the configuration by doing export on the terminal in the “current” ones, replaced the routers at the client sites and they started doing the same problem…

So… I took the first 2, did a netinstall on both, repeated the configuration process, thinking maybe it was a bug in the upgrade process from 6 to 7 or some other weird thing and the problem persists.

The configuration is rather simple… dhcp client for wan, 2 dhcp-servers, ntp server, 2 bridges, one site with 35 devices and the other with 5-10 depending on the hour of the day, 2 wireless networks, 2 wireguard tunnels with ospf. There is no bfd, mpls, bgp, eoip, etc.

Attached is a screenshot of the terminal and log windows with the errors. I can upload a Supout.rif if needed.

I’m open to suggestions to where to look.
Thanks!

Hi, I’m needing some help here, already created a support request with number SUP-121847 a couple days ago and got no response.
Thanks.

Can you share the config as well…hope you made some changes before importing?
Is this also occuring after performing a netinstall?

Hi, I did 4 netinstall on 4 different devices and didn't import the config from the backup on any of them. I setup everything manually, writing in the terminal o from Winbox.
Devices have been bought on different distributors on different dates, so I don't think is a physical issue rather something that causes a unexpected reboot somehow...
I share most of the configuration between many devices, most of them are on 7.10, from a RB750GL to a CCR1009, and the only ones with this failure are this two hAP AC2...

In case anyone finds the same bug, for me there where 2 static DNS entries that where causing this issue.

Both routers had 2 FWD rules with the regexp and forward to with a public ip address, those rules made the dns service to fail somehow and causes the reboots.
After deleting them and rebooting, it works fine.
