hAP AC^2 send tagged traffic via ethernet

Greeting!

Basically I have:
hAP AC^2
D-Link DGS-1100-08P

I’ve set up the management VLAN on D-Link (VLAN 5) with the tagged port eth1 (to which hAP AC^2) is connected therefore now I can access D-Link’s web interface only through it’s eth1 by traffic tagged as VLAN 5.

On hAP AC^2 I’ve set up:
IP - DHCP Server - Leases - Static DHCP lease to D-Link (192.168.100.10) (it’s showing as working);
Interfaces - VLAN - Management VLAN 5 on interface ether1 (to which D-Link is connected) (it’s enabled and running);
Added Management VLAN to bridge w/ all interfaces;
Bridge - VLAN - Created Bridge VLAN w/ id 5, tagged interface (Management VLAN) and untagged (bridge itself);
IP - Addresses - created address network 192.168.100.10/32 w/ gateway 192.168.100.1;
IP - Routes - created route to 192.168.100.10/32 w/ gateway 192.168.100.1 (reachable via Bridge).

When I try to access 192.168.100.10 I get connected to RouterOS web interface instead of the D-Link web interface and I can’t get where I was wrong during the setup.

Looking forward for your advices!

Yours sincere,
IdeaFixe

Diagram would also be good.
Feel free to post config of dlink as well.

Greetings! I’ve attached config file & diagram of the network, unfortunately forum doesn’t allow to upload .bin config of the D-Link.

Looking forward for your help!
