hAP ac^3 reduced wifi coverage

Problem:
My wifi coverage is barely enough and very sporty in some places that I care about (mainy around the house)
Question:
What can be done to improve it, some configs, additional access point’s ?

Additional info:
places where access points are placed (1,2,3) already quite strategically picked, and it’s quite hard for me to move placement of “main router” (1) others I still can move but I didn’t found better solution while testing on old routers.

oldest setup (wifi coverage usable):

    1. hAP ac^2 - as main router
    1. random cheap wifi router - as repeater
    1. random cheap wifi router - as repeater

old setup contained (wifi coverage almost perfect):

    1. TP-Link Archer C6 - as “main router” (due to superior wifi coverage compared to hAP ac2)
    1. hAP ac^2 - as repeater

my current setup (wifi coverage spoty & barely usable)

    1. hAP ac^3 - “main router” unfortunately it’s not so good as Archer when it comes to wifi coverage
    1. hAP ac^2 - as repeater

I’m currently considering buying additional Cap device but i’m struggling with pick my options:

  • hAP ac^2 (cheapest I found supporting 2G & 5G wifi)
  • cAP ac (little more expensive then hAP ac^2 - but is it worth it ?)
  • something other designed as external outdoor antenna ?
