Hi,
I’m trying to hide as much cabling as possible. Since routers are pretty clumsy, the current idea is to hide the router in some box/cupboard and then connect antennas through extension cable ( https://www.kenable.co.uk/en/networking/wireless-networks/wireless-antenna-cables/1342-wifi-antenna-extension-cable-lead-wireless-rp-sma-25m-001342-5055383413423.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiA14WdBhD8ARIsANao07g_zfYqs8VR6hLHyt-lhNsG-JVJ1Wy42LDpyhMnEvYf0JRt9whYCwMaAtd_EALw_wcB) or to pre existing base ( sth like https://www.wifi-antennas.co.uk/antenna-magmount-bases/rp-sma-antenna-base-with-1-5-metre-clf100-cable or https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/364052479005?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28&var=633380331300 )
Might there be some technological issue with this? Or might there be some better solution?
Thanks
