HAP ac bug

Dear forum
I have a situation which i can’t find any answer in the forum. hopefully forum members could help me as soon as possible.

my problem started when I upgraded my HAP ac from ros6.40 to ros6.44. first it started to reboot every 3 to 5 seconds, I fixed this problem by netinstalling the firmware. But after that when i tried to setup radius for my hotspot config it doesn’t apply and everytime I reboot the device some of my configuration returns to the default config.

please help me on this.
thank you.

Did you tick “Keep old configuration” during NetInstall? Or did you restore a backup (not .rsc) file after installing?
I had the exact symptoms on a 2011 a couple of years ago. NetInstalling it freshly without the old config solved it for me.
Also check system routerboard if there’s something to update.

Thank you cdiedrich for your reply
I have not checked the save old configuration when netinstalling and did not use any back up.
I used the .npk file to upgrade the router.
as you have suggested i checked the routerboard and upgraded it. It seems losing the configuration after reboot is solved, but still i can’t setup radius server.
