Hello, I have purchased an hAP ac lite LTE6, but I’m unable to configure it with the LTE WAN of Ho Mobile. I have set the APN and the operator code, but I keep getting the “transaction error.” Do I need to configure the 3G/LTE bands for Italy, perhaps?
Try unchecking / disable “Use Network APN” under the Interface > LTE > LTE APNs

I’m also from Italy and encounter exact same problem (transaction error) with hAP ax lite LTE6 but only with a specific operator.
Works fine with other operators.
Already tried to uncheck “3G”, instead “Use Network APN” was already unchecked fo me…still doesn’t work.
The same SIM that doesn’t work with the hAP ax lite LTE6, works fine with wAP ac LTE kit so I think it’s some kind of incompatibility with the LTE modem.
Any suggestions ?
There is no reference for this error nowhere.

By default, Mikrotik will use “internet” as APN (if Use Network APN is uncheck). Since some carrier just ignore APN, while others will provide via network, but some do require it be set to something specific.
You should google your carrier name and “APN”. Set that in the winbox under Interface > LTE > then “LTE APNs” & change the APN to match what you found from Google as the APN name.
Been a few year since been to Italy, but if I had have to guess which carrier do something weird it be TIM . If so, Google suggest APN might be “ibox.tim.it”
