hAP ac lite problem with http page

Hello,
I have “hap ac lite” (RouterOS 6.47, firmware 6.47) connected to my ISP router (router in bridge state).
Found problem that some pages with http doesn’t loaded. Browser error “Site took too long to respond” The same pages with https loaded fine. For example http://forum.upc.eu/ doesn’t loaded but https://forum.upc.eu/ loaded fine.
Cheeked the same pages (http and https) on Android (with LTE) - loaded fine.
Cheeked the same pages (http and https) on laptop connected directly to ISP router - loaded fine.
Cheeked the same pages (http and https) on laptop connected directly (ethernet cable) to Mikroitk - http error, https loaded.

It seems that some problem with redirection from http to https.
Problem appears approximately 1 week ago. Everything used to work fine. No other settings was made.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Have you checked what is taking so long? By using the F12 button in the browser you can see on the Network tab all content that is requested and how long it takes.

Is there a difference in DNS servers while on the ISP box versus connected to the hAP ac?

Issue resolved.
I have incorrect configuration of port forwarding.
I had 80 outside to 80 inside, but In.Interface was not selected.
