Good afternoon. I have such a problem. The hAP ac Lite access point has 2 wifi 2.4 and 5 ghz configured on it. 5ghz works great. 2.4 users are constantly disconnected. For example, one user with mac 64: 27: 37: F5: EB: 55. The user can be connected up to 3 minutes or can be constantly reconnected and after the series reconnecting, the Wi-Fi 2.4 ghz module reboots. And everything repeats again.

I also tried changing the password to a simple “12345678”
It did not help.

Why is your default authenticate disabled? Post your Access List Settings…
