hAP Ac loops into no update. - UPDATE: bricked unit

Guys. i have 2 hAP AC routers, please check the pictures here..
The one on the left side does not want to update. The one on the right updated without glitches after a few clicks and reboots.
I am still learning about the features on these wonderful devices. is there anything i am missing here or that i can try? or i got a faulty unit?
I tried upgrading and rebooting in so many different ways, still get the 6.43.4 no matter what.

You re mixing RouteOS update and Firmware upgrade. These are 2 different things.
Press the Download&Install button in Check For Updates window to update RouterOS.
After reboot you can press Upgrade button in Routerboard window to upgrade also the firmware.

UPDATE

After doing the firmware update and rebooting, THEN running the automatic update for the OS, the router
is bricked in a continuous 7 second “BEEP” loop. Reset button does not fix it.
I call bad unit, it was giving me some weird issues from the beginning. No prob, ill RMA

I experienced the same issue today when updating packages to 6.43.8 on a HEX RB750Gr3 when pressing “Download & Install”. The device no longer boots and beeps every 6 to 7 seconds. Attempting to connect the RB to Netinstall failed as well.

The only way for me is doing a netinstall.

Use the IP’s 10.0.0.1 and 10.0.0.2 (Network card and Net Booting option of Netinstall).

With the device off, keep pressing reset/WPS botton and connect the power, keep pressing until USR led turns off. After 5 seconds you will see the device. Remember to save your NPK file (mipsbe) in the same directory of the Netinstall executable before doing this.

Thank you so much. You helped me unbrick my router. Stay safe.
