hAP ac slow ethernet

Bought a hAP ac a couple weeks ago upgraded to gig speeds. For some reason the hAP AC isn’t even getting close to 800mbps down. Some reason it is sticking around 400-500mbps down. I reset the hap AC with default everything bought brand new cat6 cables. I tried multiple different cables directly connecting to the modem to pc and its all getting 900+mbps. I don’t expect it to hit that but would like to get about 700-800mbps down with hap AC. Not sure why its giving me 400-500mbps down all the time.

Try,

/interface bridge set bridge protocol-mode=none

Hi,

I have very simillar problem. Recently switched to 1Gb/100Mb ( down/up ). test from PC ~800Mb/100Mb

From RouterBOARD 962UiGS-5HacT2HnT ( 6.43.4 )max 250Mb/100Ms. So huge gap in download compared to pc. I had only 5 mangle rules ( marking route on 80 443 port and sending to proxy gateway ), two masquerade rules, two input drop. config simple as hell. ofc test made without going thru proxy. only uncommon changes:

ip-forward: yes
send-redirects: no
accept-source-route: no
accept-redirects: no
secure-redirects: no
rp-filter: strict
tcp-syncookies: yes
max-neighbor-entries: 8192
arp-timeout: 30s
icmp-rate-limit: 10
icmp-rate-mask: 0x1818
route-cache: yes
allow-fast-path: no
ipv4-fast-path-active: no
ipv4-fast-path-packets: 0
ipv4-fast-path-bytes: 0
ipv4-fasttrack-active: no
ipv4-fasttrack-packets: 0
ipv4-fasttrack-bytes: 0

bridge protocol-mode set ot none as suggested. what makes me a little bit worry is temp: constant 53-56 celcius

would be garetful for any advice.

Regards

Wojciech

Problem solved.

I had to Allow Fast Path in IP/Seting. Create FastTrack rules in forward chain. much less cpu usage noticed. temperature remains on 53.
