hAP AC + TGP600 with PoE

Hello everyone!

I have ip phone Panasonic TGP600 with PoE compatibility 48v 80ma. When I plug ethernet cable with my 5 port hAP ac - tgp600 don’t work. What am I doing wrong?

What is the voltage on PoE out ? Does it meet IPhone requirements ?

I use default power adapter 24v. I think need new adapter 48v (48pow model)

POE output will replicate the power you put in. If you are using the 24v adapter then it will only output 24v. You need a 48v adapter.
