I just set up a hAP ac to act as a Wireless Repeater for another hAP ac acting as a Router and an AP. Now I have the two radios on the Repeater being used for the station bridge and a respective Virtual AP upon each station bridge for connecting wireless clients. There are wired clients connected to both Mikrotik devices. Now if one of those wired clients connects to a wired client on the other Mikrotik the traffic passes through the 2.4 GHz radio.
How can I make the Mikrotiks prefer the 5 GHz radio when traffic is passing the station bridges?
