hAP AC2 and Huawei BBU15-D-T

I was wondering if Huawei BBU15-D-T would be capable of powering AC2. 12V/1.5A equals 18W but AC2 has 2 max power figures, 16W and 21W with attachments. Considering that it has all rj45 used and 2.4 GHz radio enabled would this Huawei be able to power it on?

Hi there Imi,
I use exactly this Huawei BBU15-D-T with its 4x 1.2vdc Nickel Lithuim easily replaceable click in cells for the Mikroitk hAPac2 with both radio WiFi’s enabled, 5 ethernet ports in use and works great! Lasts about 4 hours or so but don’t quote me on the 4 hours, could be a bit more from vague memory. Use also on a RB3011 RB2011 OmniTik5UPA and more.

Cheers.

I use the Huawei BBU15-D-T on an OmniTik5 without any PoEout being used but eth1 and eth2 are connected to another Mikrotik, have 20 units of the Huawei BBU15-D-T and 5 of them have started flashing the red fault light and then non operational, replacing the batteries does not help, if anybody has this issue and or the solution?
