HAP AC2 bricked

Hi there,
My router had a script to restart at every day 8 AM. But yesterday when I came back at 1 PM, I saw my router was shut down at first I checked the power connector. It was fine then I replug the power connector. The router booted up and immediately shut down after 5 to 7 seconds then I replug again, but it was shut down once again. Then I tried to reset the router. After reset the router it was not shutting down, but it’s also not been detected to the computer via ethernet port. I tried with two computers and any of that Computer was unable to detect the router. Then I decide to net-install. But unable to detect by the computer. Ethernet light was blinking. I set the gateway IP to 192.168.88.1, computer IP to 192.168.88.2 and net install IP to 192.168.88.3 but unable to detect the router. I followed all the steps that is mentioned in MikroTik wiki. Antivirus and Firewall was disabled. All the network adapters except the connected cable one were disabled. I tried with windows 11, 10, 7 and ubuntu. But it doesn’t work. Is that router completely died?

Check PSU

I tried with 3 different power adapter, all are same.

Have you followed the help page exactely?
https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/Netinstall

I.e., all network adapters disabled during your attempts (except for the one connected)?

What I found to be useful: when trying to put some MT device into netinstall mode, I’m running wireshark on the PC, sniffing the interface connected to device in real-time. And then I release the button on device as soon as I see BOOTP packets.

Netbooting Client IP is : 192.168.88.3
Network adapter IP: 192.168.88.2
Gateway IP" 192.168.88.1
All firewalls are disabled, anitvirus disabled.

Some have more success putting a dumb switch in between Windows pc and device to be netinstalled.

But then again, I only use Linux for netinstall ( a dedicated old Dell laptop from 2008), close to 100% success rate.

Tried with Windows 7,10, Linux. The detection is rate a big zero.
