I’m experiencing constant WiFi drops on my S10e when using the hAP ac2. The WAN-LAN performance is awesome but WiFi seems unreliable for me. The debug log messages are: extensive data loss and group key exchange timeout.
This only happens in 5GHz and my config is almost default, I tried enabling WMM support, group key exchange to 1 hour and disable management protection. I have a good signal on my S10e but it drops every 30-60 minutes.
I opened a previous post but after 4 days of no problems, my S10e started to experience connection issues again. This seems to be really random because I can be playing online games and watching videos for hours and some day you open YouTube and it drops the connection 5 times in less than 10 minutes. Also if you’re outside of the coverage area you get extensive data loss in the logs instead of some kind of disassociation message.
It also happened to me being next to the router it’s not a problem with the signal being too weak.
You can try to upgrade to latest 6.46 beta which they say got some important WiFi fixes, to see if your situation gets better. You can downgrade later if needed.
I’m running 6.46 beta 59 and it keeps dropping my phone.
