hAP ac3 antenna replacement

Dear Colleagues,

My hAP ac3 has two antennas included. I have some questions about them:

  1. Are the two antennas / antenna outputs different (like one is 2.4GHz and the other 5GHz) or are they identical?

  2. If I replace one of the included antennas with an external dual-band WiFi antenna on a 5-10m coax feeder, is such a configuration supported? I want to achieve a better WiFi signal in another room, without purchasing a repeater or AP.

  3. Or should I replace both the included antennas with identical external ones?

  4. When I reconnect the anntenna(s), is there a risk of damage to the output circuits while no antenna is connected?
