hAP ax lite LTE6 and CiscoAnyconnect Disconnects

Hello everybody,

I am facing a very strange problem with hAP ax lite LTE6, Router OS 7.14.3
Scenario 1: Connected to hAP with Wifi from my Laptop and from HAP with LTE to the internet.
My work involves connecting via cisco anyconnect (split tunneling configuratrion) to my clients network. When I do so, every some minutes I am facing disconnects, very slow loading etc. I noticed that when this happens, the TX errors on wifi increase dramatically.

Scenario 2: Connected to hAP with Wifi from my Laptop and from HAP with my FTTH connetion
Everything works as expected with no disconnects. This proves that there is something wrong with the wifi or LTE.

I have also attached my configuration and as you can see I am using the basic functionalities only. Tried to change the channels, use only 20Mhz but with no success. Any ideas?

Some more thorough troubleshooting using wireshark led me to see that I am having many TCP duplicates and retransmissions.
The paradox is that if I use my Android as a hotspot everything works as expected. So there must be some configuration I need to do with Mikrotik.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello everybody,
I would like to share with you 2 solutions in case someone faces a similar problem.

  1. Change from tls to dtls if applicable.
  2. Lower the mtu on the virtual interface of your vpn client in windows.
