It is a known issue.
The Ax lite (LTE6 or not) uses a USB-C connector AND 5V BUT it is not a USB-C compliant device.
It does NOT negotiate with a USB-C power supply the voltage (which is OK, as it needs 5V) nor the amperage (there is a special provision in USB-C specs to allow 3A on 5V passively, otherwise the current is limited to either 900 mA or 1.5A, anyway not enough to power an Ax Lite as the original power supply is a 2.4A one).
You need a USB-A (with adequate amperage) power supply and a USB-A to USB-C cable or:
- add a couple resistors to the AX Lite USB-C socket
or - create a male-female USB-C adapter withe the female connector with the two 5.1 kOhm resistors
or - create a male-female USB-C adapter using a “USB-C decoy” board - be warned that some of these boards do not have a 5 V mode but only 9V+ ones, so make sure you get one with the 5V(3A) mode.
