hAP ax lite LTE6 - how to have internet access

I just purchased the “hAP ax lite LTE6” device. I put in a SIM card in the device and connected a computer to LAN port number 2.
I followed the guide (https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/UM/hAP+ax+lite+LTE6 - QuickStart) but I have no access to Internet.

Is there anyone who bought the same device and could explain to me how they got it to work?

I already contacted Mikreotik support and the response was:

  • you just have to read the instructions (yes but you have to be a network expert to understand something…),
  • You have to contact the store where you bought it (yes of course, they sell 300,000 products online and they probably know mikrotik products better than the technical support of the company that manufactures them).

Well, I have several of them in use and only thing that I did is to input APN from my operator. And SIM card need to be activated by putting SIM card in phone and make a call or something. (In my case).
