I think MikroTik should make their products more available in all regions by improving reseller and distributor coverage. Sometimes local sellers don’t have the specific model you want, and importing through shipping companies can be difficult since most mainly support deliveries from major platforms. Having the devices listed on sites like Amazon or eBay would make it much easier for users in different regions to buy directly
Think that you should send complains directly to Mikrotik's marketing department. We, forums users, could do nothing, especially that you do not want buy from other sources. Have you checked other sources if you really need this equipment?
Amazon is not the only vendor in existence. Buying it from a vendor who has it as a stock item is surely easier than buying it from somewhere that doesn’t have it?
There is no local vendor in my city but I know I can pick up the phone to call them if need be about a product or order. Small can be good.
If your circumstances are that there is no vendor in your country (there are only a couple to mention here) then, yes, Amazon or ebay would be useful but they provide marketplaces for small vendors anyway. Is there a need for Mikrotik to get involved directly? I doubt it, when they could in any case just encourage their distributors/retailers to think about having a presence there.

Amazon & Co. is the absolute worst place to buy them.
Especially because they've often already been used and locked, rendering them unusable or corrupted.
Just look here on the forum to see how many times they've arrived already used or stolen...
MikroTik sells to DISTRIBUTORS, not to retail chains, or even to online sites.
Why? Because only distributors are the ones who MUST provide support; MikroTik doesn't, and neither do the others.
So if you buy from Amazon, Bezos won't answer your call for support...
