hAP ax2 , All port auto down speed to 10Mbp/10Mbp

Hi all

i have one hAP ax2 meet problem with all Lan port auto down link speed to 10mbps / 10mbps after run 5 minute and can not login and can not search by WinBox. i have try run Netinsall some time with both old ROS and new ROS but result the same, it only run normal with link speed 100/1G in 5 minute and then auto down link speed to 10Mbp and disconnect data, can not connenct winbox again , can not get ipadd . it only can connect when run netinsatll again. Anyone can help me fined root case and rescue this router?

What firmware version are you running?
Have you tried using different cables and different devices?

Are you sure ALL ports scale down to 10Mb ?
If you add Rate column in interface/ethernet view, you can see them at a glance.

i have try fw 7.8, 7.10, 7.10.2 and 7.18 are the same.

yes, all port from E1 to E5 the same, all are received 10Mb and can not get data to ping and searching by winbox

In that case, see if you can create supout.rif (or of reboot happens, autosupout.rif should be there) and create ticket to support.

If all ports at once go down to 10Mb ?
Doesn’t sound like a cable problem then.

Unless we are missing some info…

have try other cable is the same. note that it running normal get link speed 100/1000Mb before down speed . and after that it can not login and loss service. it is so strange

yes, i was send this file to support mikrotik team. i hope they will find the cause and support me solved
