hAP ax2 cannot upgrade from ROS v 7.11.3

I received my hAP ax2 today. It came with ROS v 7.11.3 I have been unable to upgrade it to v 12, 12.1 or 13. Help appreciated before I struggle with NetInstall.

I think there is a problem with some Mikrotik DNS servers past days and since today upgrade servers seem to be affected as well.
