hAP ax2 not entering into CAP mode

Hello,

My new hAP ax2 not entering into CAP mode, I tried with reset button (https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Reset) and via software (System > Reset Configuration > CAPS Mode checked) but no success.
Does everyone’s hAP ax2 work like this?

What is the log reporting?
What version of RouterOS?
Did you install WAVE2?

Latest 7.9rc4 has config for AP.

Thank You, I saw there are many bugs nowdays in ROS7 but I never thought a basic function could missing from a *.8 version OS. Installed rc4 works like a charm.
