Hi, I purchased a HAP AX2 from Amazon a month ago. Due to incorrect configuration, I tried resetting the router to its default settings using webfig. After the procedure, which seemed to be successful, the router was no longer accessible. I then tried the NETINSTALL procedure, attempting to transfer the ROUTEROS 7.23 package. After this attempt, the HAP was accessible via browser, but instead of the initial procedure requiring a password for the admin account, it asked me to log in with a password—I don't know what it might be—for that account. I tried entering the password I had chosen during the initial setup, but it didn't work. What else can I do?
Just checked, that passwd should be on the leaflet which is in the box (if it is still there) OR on the label which is on the bottom small side of the device (VERY SMALL print so use camera zoom or magnifying glass).
If that fails, there is an option to use a script after netinstall to set a new passwd but you may have to search for it. I couldn't find it back right away but I know it is possible.
