i have got new Hap ax3 and im trying to config wifi The 5G is never seen. Tried enable/disable; no success. Reboots don’t help. still no Wifi and/or intermittent 2.4 advertisement but unable to connect.

Running 7.20 Stable release.

Wifi1 and Wifi2 show SMB in the Wifi config tab, but in the Interface tab only show SMB
i also noted there is USA and Canada only when choosing country from quick set

FT doesn't make sense, why enable it? Or better...why use different SSID's?
Did you do configure through Quick Set?

In regards to USA/Canda: sounds like it is US only device. You are not in the USA (or Canada)?
And at last...the 5G radio. What status is it? Could be that it is waiting for a minute in case a DFS channel was chosen.

im not in us or canada is that will effect 5G wifi?
and regarding config i tried all possible why not only quick config

i try use same ssid and different ssid wifi always not working
even when 2.4g visible its somehow not working

(fixed code quotes and removed serial)

There shouldn't be a US-only version for this model. At least not according to product pages.

Set frequency manually.
I know 7.20 should by default deprioritize UNII-3 channels but I prefer to set the frequency manually so I KNOW where it should be.
What is it set to now ? You should see it on wifi settings.

Same remark. It doesn't make sense at all.
