Did you have a look at this excelent tutorial on configuring VLANs in ROS? It’s very much worth reading (it’s not easy, so read it, think about it, try to configure device, read again, …)
The main problem you have is inaporopriate configuration of pvid property (bridge, ether1).
Can you ping RBs from one to another? This is the first step … to get trunk link configured right and the “main” bridge on both devices. You can deal with other (access) ports later.
