HAP AX3: Router off if switch attached to port 1

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my new HAP AX3.
If I connect a switch or a router to port 1 (2.5 Gbps POE), the Mikrotik shuts down.
There is no way to turn it back on.
As soon as I unplug the cable, it turns back on.
Do you have any idea what it could be?
Should I try a hard reset?
I have also disabled POE, but it doesn’t seem to help.

My first thinking would be a short circuit … and on a POE port, that’s not what you want (not on any port but the consequences might be less)
I could be wrong though. Others might chime in with better suggestions.

Already tried with other cables ?
When you connect a PC to the eth1 port, what happens then ?
