I have this problem on a hAP AX3, after resetting the configuration the wifi interfaces are non-existent and the router does not complete the default configuration
at the time of the reset I had firmware 7.11.2 installed
I tried everything, upgrade and downgrade, reset even from the button, new installation with netinstall but nothing to do, the wireless are not present
I attach a screen with the error after downgrade to 7.7 from the log
how can I solve it?

Educated guess: on that last netinstall you forgot to add the wifiwave2 package.
It does not come automatically when using netinstall.
Download extra packages for arm64, extract, locate wifiwave2 package.
Drop on Files in Winbox.
System - Reboot
Then system - reset configuration
when it arrived new it had 7.7 by default, I updated to 7.11.2 and it worked correctly without extra packages.
I installed the extra wifiwave2 package, then reset the configuration again, here is the screen:
it seems to work
Because off-factory, that wifiwave2 package is included.
When you update via CLI/Winbox, all installed packages are upgraded as well.
However, if you netinstall only specifying routeros package, all other packages are removed from your device.
It is possible with netinstall to include both routeros and wifiwave2 (and whatever other package you want to have transferred).
