hAP Lite for IPSec Tunnel + trivial BGP

I am considering a setup for a small office where I would need to create an IPSec tunnel with BGP syncing several routes (<10 in total). I am having up to 15 WiFi clients and an internet channel of 10/4 Mbps. I am planning to use ~ 20 rules in all firewall tables. I may also want to allow several (max 2 concurrent) VPN client connections

Will hAP handle this? I am really worried of the limited memory - apparently the processor won’t be an issue. Please let me know if anyone has a similar setup on the RB941-2nD

Unfortunately, I can’t by RB2011… or RB951UA… since those models are not available in my region due to regulations. And I need a solution very fast, with only hAP Lite being available in stock.

In the future I plan to get a decent device (hopefully an RB3011 :stuck_out_tongue:) and I really don’t want to look into Linksys or DLink and others.

I would like to see the regulations that forbid to sell those products in your region. Anyway you can buy from other region and let the package to be shipped to your address.

Yes, and I already took care of that, but that will take time. And I need it now.

In any case, I went to the official distributor here in Israel and he suggested that I should buy cAP, since it has more memory and a better wifi chip, whereas all my clients are going to be WiFi.

This is what I have now, next week I will install it and configure and run, will update the thread.

For 10 routes why not use Ospf? Either way, I’m sure sure the HAP will cope

BGP is a requirement from AWS side, which is the tunnel peer
