If you don't have the VRF then it actually quite simple. Main difference then to v6 (as you have already figured out at the start of the thread) is that you need to add the FIB routing table and in the routes you specify routing-table instead of routing-mark.

Honestly, I don't know if reconfiguring it and eliminating the VRF using only the routing table would work. It was my first test configuration, but I gave up quickly because it didn't work. I achieved my goal, and now remote clients exit the central router via Ovpn.
