Please what dose it mean when the both the WAN port and the other LAN port keeps blinking for some few seconds and then stops and then repeats the operation again after some few seconds. Throughout this process, there is no cable plugged into any of the ports not even the WAN or any of the LAN ports. Please help me troubleshoot this issue. The device am using is
