HAPac2 LTE only... how?

I have several HAPac2 and always was able to config them. Now, I want to use one with a Netgear 715 as the WAN src, no ethernet WAN at all. Not fallback.

I can connect them and the MT acknowledges the existance of the tethered Hotspot but I am having DNS and routing (?) issues.

The user posts I goggled don’t apply and it seems even contradict. There must be a clean path for this but I haven’t found it. I’d like to use the 4 LAN wired ports along with the WiFi LAN

Thanks

Wasn’t able to find a reference to the correct product right away.

Since you say you want to keep using 4 other ethernet ports, I assume 1 is used for connection to Netgear ?
Therefor it can be considered WAN like any other ISP device, I would say ?
Nothing special to be done.

Otherwise it might help if you provide a bit more info on the exact model you plan to use and a small drawing how it connects with AC2.

Thanks for the reply. My bad… Netgear Aircard 815S, USB connect to top of HAP

a fallback setup would be fine too..

Netgear does appear as LTE device on your device ?
Can you show config ?
Terminal
/interfaces export file=anynameyouwish
Move file to PC
Remove serial number
Post config between code quotes for easier readability.

All fixed… and working

Might be nice if you show the solution, in case other users encounter the same issue.
