hAPac2 USER LED (rear)

Hi All,

I have searched for this information but cant seem to find any answer in the forums.

The hAPac2 has front LED’s that are about as useful as a glow worm in a car headlight at night, I am wanting to configure the USR led to behave the same as the ETHER1 led does on the front of the unit so at a glance I can see if they’re moving traffic wall mounted as an AP (front of unit is facing towards ceiling in both cases) , i’ve tried interface activity, interface transmit, interface receive for Interface Ether1 and I cannot replicate the LED activity I see at the front of the unit, there is definitely more activity than the LED is indicating. I have a RB750Gr3 doing the same thing for a PPPoE interface and that works as it should.

Am I missing something obvious? am I configuring the wrong option?

Edit: I am running RouterOS 6.48 on both hAPac2’s but replicated the issue on 6.46.7, 6.46.8, 6.47.7, 6.47.8.

Kind Regards,
Jim.
