Hardware failure... HELP NEEDED !!!

Hello to everyone, It is my first topic in the forum.
Though, I have worked quite a lot with Mikrotik systems and especially MikroTik Metal 5SHPn.
After a recent storm I had a Groove5hn burnt by the rain that invaded into the ethernet port and a broken safety clip at a Metal. (see the attached pic)

Does anybody know…:

  1. Where I can buy safety clips separetely ?
  2. Where I can buy extra rubber rings separetely ?
  3. Is there a way that I can protect them from a storm or even more a lightning ?
    and
  4. Are there any possibilities that my Groove can be replaced since my warranty has not yet expired ?

You should send it to RMA. The clip can’t be broken so easily unless it is a manufacturing defect. We will replace the whole unit.

Guesing that you are talking about repairing the hole unit instead of the broken clip.
But what about the repair cost and the shipping cost as well ?
Whose responsibility is ?

If you bought it from a local reseller, they should replace the unit with a new one, under warranty terms. This looks like a manufacturing problem, so replacement is free.

Anyone that can help for questions No2 and 3 ???

Normally you would not have to make any other protection, as the device is waterproof as it is. Your device seems to be defective from the factory. Free warranty repair will fix it. We don’t sell parts separately
