hardware for fast 2km ptp link 2ghz

Hi,
i want to build a ptp link with one h/v panel antenna on each site with 2km free sight line on 2,4ghz.
I need help with mikrotik hardware desicion, i want a 100mbit+ tcp throuput.
What link setup is the best for my setup, nsteme, nv2, n ?
I am a newbee in mikrotik wifi links. My hf knowledge is good.

I would use nv2 but would also use 5ghz if you can.

Thanks for your answer, do you think 100mbit is possible with 711G 5Hn/D and 19dbi H/V Antennas,
or should i use better 411gl+r52nm ?

I would use a 5GHz RB911G with a 5GHz dual polarity dish each side. 24dBi or more.

You don’t need 24dB or more antena gain.
You need antena which give you -70..-60 dBm signal strength for maximum channel speed (802.11A - 54M, 802.11N - 150M or 300M).
And don’t forget about Fresnel zone if you need maximum throughput.
