Hardware Recommendation to start a WISP with 100 Subscriber

Dear Mikrotik Experts,

Greetings for Happy New Year 2015. I want to start a WISP in a Rural Area. There is Govt. Fiber optic lease line core connection available at 11.34km away of my selected place. I want to start with 10 Mbps bandwidth (512Kbps & 1Mbps package for Subscriber) at the beginning . Authentication would be pppoe. What AP and Antennas should I use for ptp backbone and ptmp for subscriber? What about CPE for 1 to 10 Km far away’s Subcribers? Also what about the principal router to manage the bandwidth?

I need to ask about the budged, customers distance, main speed, customers speed, exact location (for calculation equipment requirement, antenna gain, customers equipments, fresznel zone), mikrotik involved.

After I get this information, I will do a public recommendation here. (I wont post the exact location, for privacy)

Because will be many questions, re questions, and after I get everything I will post resume and not many stupid post. But you can do it. And sometime, I ask personal information, like locations, purchase location and some people doesn’t like to put in a public forum but for me, wherever
